CompanionLink Announces Secure Hosted Wireless Sync

Posted by Lawrence Bonk as News, Press Releases

companionlink

CompanionLink has announced a  new secure hosted wireless sync with iPhone,  iPad, BlackBerry and Android phones and tablets. The monthly subscription service eliminates the need for cloud-based services like Google’s suite.

Without an Exchange server, CompanionLink can also synchronize standalone Outlook data. CompanionLink’s service can be used to achieve automatic wireless sync with consumers and small businesses that use Outlook without Exchange. It works in tandem with a program called DejaOffice.

“Intermediaries like Google do not support all the fields found in popular PC CRM software,” said Rushang Shah, director of Marketing for CompanionLink Software, in a press release. “For example, Google does not support the Job Title field for contact records. If you use that field in Outlook on your PC, Google will not sync it to your phone. CompanionLink’s Secure Hosted Wireless sync ensures that you get a complete sync of all your data.”

The license costs around $40 and the service will run you aroun $10 monthly.
