They offer everything and make it simple to setup. We have several remote offices and having Elephant host our exchange was the right solution! I highly recommend them.

I looked at these guys when I was deciding on an ASP, and their service level guarantee is only 99% - everybody else I checked was 99.5% or 99.9%. It doesn’t sound like much, but 99% is about 7 hours of downtime per month, and 99.9% is only 43 minutes of downtime per month. That’s a big difference!

Before I found Elephant Outlook I tried a few other Exchange hosting companies. None of them seemed to know Exchange that well and it took forever to get issues resolved.

I have been very happy at Elephant Outlook. They have great features that the other guys just don’t have, and they really know thier stuff. Support has been excellent. I was impressed when I got a full page reply to one of my questions. With other companies you would be lucky to get a two line response…

I can tell these guys enjoy what they do. They get back with me quickly with the right answers.

Incidently, they really respond on thier chat support. It works great!

I am the President of a Wireless voice and data services integration company and often recommend non-exchange / BES users to utilize Elephant’s services. The response that customer support provides combined with the companys full knowledge of the software capabilities and abilities is truly second to none. For the service, the price, the function, and availability, there is not a better ASP host in my professional opinon offered in the market today.
