I had a terrible experience with USA.net. After a week my problem still wasn’t solved. I moved to a competitor and I have had very few issues compared to my painful experience with USA.net.

They are definitely experts with Exchange Hosting but you have to have some patience navigating their website to find the information you need.

Nonexistent support. For a day none of my emails got to the recipients. When I finally got a hold of someone they were no help whatsoever.

It would be nice if they had a more robust product offering so I could go to them onlyinstead of multiple vendors. I recommend their service if email is all you need.

We never had a major problem; plenty of minor ones but nothing that has stopped email for more than a few hours. This is okay for my business, but for others this downtime may cause more problems.
