Cloud-based Email Archiving Provider LiveOffice Recognized on Inc. 5000

Posted by admin as LiveOffice, Press Releases

TORRANCE, Calif., August 13, 2009 — LiveOffice, the leading provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS), email archiving, email hosting and email continuity solutions, has been named on the Inc. 5000, an annual list of the fastest-growing companies in the country. This recognition is the result of LiveOffice’s three-year growth rate of 122 percent, which has been driven by an increase in demand from organizations of all sizes for cloud-based email archiving. LiveOffice services enable companies to better manage growing email storage requirements, meet strict compliance regulations and legal requirements, while enhancing end-user productivity.

“We are very pleased to be ranked by Inc. as one of the nation’s fastest-growing, privately-held companies. Our current success is proof that the time is right for organizations of all sizes to move their email archiving to the cloud,” said LiveOffice CEO Nick Mehta. The company now serves 9,000 clients and expects continued growth the rest of the year as demand for email archiving services delivered via the software-as-a-service model increases. “We are extremely excited about the leadership position we have secured in the archiving industry and the opportunities we have in front of us this year.”

The 2009 Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2005 through 2008. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by the first week of 2005, and therefore able to show four full calendar years of sales. Additionally, they have to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2008. Revenue in 2005 must have been at least $200,000, and revenue in 2008 must have been at least $2 million. The top 10 percent of companies on the list comprise the Inc. 500, now in its 28th year.
