ExchangeMyMail was just the solution to the problem of taking my email mobile. Since my employer does not provide or support any mobile email platforms, I had to find a solution on my own. The solution came in the form of a Blackberry PDA and a hosted exchange account with BES services all provided by ExchangeMyMail.com. And since I pay for this out of my own pocket, I was a very discriminating buyer. These guys have never let me down and the service is outstanding. I had started off using another provider of Hosted Microsoft Exchange, and Switched to Exchangemymail.com based on reviews I have read on the web in places like Blackberryforums.com, and here.
Making the move was the best thing I have done.

The customer service with exchangemymmail.com has been amazing. I am so happy that there is still a company out there that has real people taking my calls. Originally when I called I spoke to Steve, he help me initialize my service and get my mail migrated over from my previous provider. Later when I called to get help setting up, Enzo was happy to walk me thru the settings step by step. I have also had an opportunity to speak to Dave, who is “The Email Guru”.

These guys are great, they all speak English clearly and are very easy to comprehend, and more importantly they bent over backwards for me. If there was a way for me to give them a 10/5 instead of a 5/5 I would.

Exchange My Mail has been the best technology-service provider i have found in all of 2005. I am absolutly and thoroughly happy with the service David Grantz has provided to my organization. Due to his knowledge and his ablilities to clearly and effectively communicate, I moved my entire organization from a prior provider within days of just talking with David.

As we are all aware, Today\’s world of cutting human resources and replacing those resources with automation creates a HUGE gap in the level of service, particularly when first starting. Exchange My Mail bridges that gap tremendously. I would recommend Exchange My Mail service to anyone who does not want to make the dollar investment required to maintain their own Exchange / Blackberry servers.

Our email was down 3 times last month, the last time for over 3 hours. I could not get through on the phone and their status page said that they do NOT have an ETA for getting the email back up. I cannot rely on this for my business.

Quick, knowledgeable tech support for setup. Postini anti-spam/virus reduced spam count from 50+/day to 1-2. Support for Iphone and Mac/Entourage setup has been very good. Add competitive pricing even for single user plans and I’m sold on ExchangeMyMail.

I’ve been using exchangemymail for about two years now. Setup was easy and I’ve even had to change blackberry devices three times – each time I just called customer service and they walked me through the switch. I’ve had a problem or two, but customer service has always been on the ball and gotten any issues fixed right away. The pricing is fair, but since I use my blackberry for my small business, the reliability and customer support are my two biggest concerns and I’m a very satisfied customer!

What a great touch. He helped walk me through the setup and answer my questions. Took me a total of 20 minutes to get everything setup and working.

I have been with EMM for almost 2 years now. I highly recommend them. Excellent plans, and support. Their prices are competitive, but may be slightly higher than some other vendors… BUT you get what you pay for!

Also – Some other vendors are just as expensive, and leave you waiting on hold for an hour or more..

I called the other day asking about the $39 setup fee for the Blackberry service (since I’m an existing customer) (you told me it would be refunded), and I see that the setup fee was already refunded with no further action on my part.

Also, I wanted to compliment the gentleman (I believe his name is Alvin) who patiently walked me through a fairly lengthy migration process AND put me on a three-way call with Blackberry when we ran into a snag setting that up. (He also suggested some music I might like :-) –just an added service).

Heh, I would suggest you tell customers to archive as much mail as they can prior to doing the migration–if I’d known it was going to take that long I would have archived big-time before starting.

Anyway, getting used to the Outlook 2007 is a little tricky (just takes some getting used to), but I was very pleased with the customer service and tech support. Anytime I’ve ever had a problem or question you guys have been very responsive and helpful.

You’ve got some of the best tech/cusomer support there is out there in cyberspace, and I just wanted to give kudos where they are due.

I have never worked with a service company that has been more committed to “service”….no stacking in hold pattern for 20+ minutes (phone gets answered by real people as soon as you call); no desertion when the right answer can’t be immediately found (on several occasions the teamspent more than 1/2 hour resolving my issues; and smart support that knows what they know and what they don’t (and get help with what they don’t know including conferencing with other firms such as RIM)….great service and, after all, is that what a service provider is about!!!

since starting my business about a year ago, exchange my mail has been the most constant, easy and reliable aspect of my back end operations. i can’t say enough good things about their service and support – it is like having a large company’s IT department at your disposal, except possibly better since they operate 24/7. Every once in a while i mess something up or the phone company does, and they bail me out right away and help me fix the issue. if you just want your personal email exchanged, it’s a really great convenience and worth the money – if you have a new business, exchange my mail is your answer for remote and backed up email.

This is the third exchange host I have tried (123Together and SherWeb were beyond terrible) and their service has been flawless. I have Outlook 2007 and a Blackberry curve that all stays in perfect sync. I was initially hesitant since they are only Tier III but the other providers I mentioned were Tier IV so it clearly means nothing. Highly recommended.

Ive been with them for 2 weeks and my blackberry service has been out for 3 days. they have not been able to solve the problem. kudos to their customer service who have been patient and on the phone with me for hours, but it is disconcerting that my business has been interrupted for 3 days and they cannot seem to solve what should be a simple problem.

When the service is up, it’s fine….WHEN IT’S UP. It’s been down 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Sometimes for 45 minutes, sometimes for an hour, sometimes – like now – it’s down for hours. And they never seem to be able/willing to give any estimate of when it will be back up.

Absolutely horrible service. They promise 99% uptime, which is a joke. They have been down at least 3 times since we started with them a year ago. They stated they were going to have a 2 hour outage at 9pm EST! I guess they figure their customers don’t need email Friday evening?
Then if you try and contact them, they close at 8!? Its been over 6 hours since they’ve been down.

I would not recommend them to anyone. An email provider without 24/7 support is worthless. S

For all those that are looking for an alternative to the services given, http://www.finalasp.com provides Hosted exchange and blackberry support. There’s no setup fee for each blacberry and they have 24/7 support for email. I haven’t had any issues with them with my sites that I run (they do webhosting too) and whenever I have an issue with my email the support team is fast to respond via the phone or email. Just a suggestion to those who are unhappy.

Link2Exchange use to be terrific, but the last year has been questionable. I had one week that I was down and then i was down for about 2 days. Maybe they have too many customers!!! I would like to see an adjustment for the time they are down to show appreciation to their loyal customers.

Extended outages lasting from a few minutes to days….even lost a few of our mail boxes. all data wiped and all they say is oops… no offer of a months service etc…. poor service , great product, poor equipment?

The service went down today, 11/29/11for a full business day. It went down in the summer for 2-3 days over a weekend. Hardly 99.999% uptime. DO NOT USE IF YOU NEED RELIABLE UPTIME.

This was a stable service until the recent migration to Apptix. Since then, we have experienced nothing but issues with connectivity, performance, and Activesync failures. The migration process and every other project type work done by them is poorly planned and horribly executed.
Issues have been going on for a month, and we continue to get the “we’re working on it” line. Issues happen, but it is how you handle them and what you do to avoid them in the future that makes a difference. They have failed on both fronts.
