Connectria’s award winning Lotus Services and BES Services will enable Directions Research to retain its systems in its local data center, with remote administration services from Connectria’s Network Operations Center, in St. Louis, Missouri.

Connectria’s Lotus support team will transition the Directions Research environment from its current internal support model, and will consolidate and upgrade servers to Notes r.8.5. Throughout the term of the contract Connectria will be responsible for the 24/7 Administration of the Domino infrastructure located within Direction Research’s data center. Connectria’s solution will allow Directions Research to focus on its core business while enabling them to take advantage of the full functionality of tool sets that Connectria professionals will optimize.
