I setup an exchange account and it has been a nightmare. I called customer support and no one is in the office that is familiar with MS Exchange problems. Email has been down for 48 hours with no resolution at this time.

I have DSLService from DSLExtreme. 1.5Mb was too low so i upgraded to 3Mb. I went out of town and my phone line got disconnected. Got my phone working again and it took 10 days for DSLEXteme to bring up the service. Now they are saying that they can’t give me 3Mb because i am too far away. They also redid my contract so i have to wait another year or pay $250.
