it was all fine at first. my emails would come and go with ease but about 2 weeks ago I began experiencing problems. emails lost and files missing. not only could they not identify the problem but refused to refund me for their services. I feel as if I have been cheated with a false hope for satisfaction guaranteed. please don’t waste your time with these opportunists.

fpweb is well known for their services. They have been around for a while and I was satisfied with their services. Support was okay, not anything special and sometimes I don’t feel like a valued customer.

They lost everything and acted like we were annoying them by asking where our data went. They refused to backup or archive any pst data when we said we were switching hosts. Be Warned!!!!! Do Not Use FPWEB if you want your data secure.
