No outages so far, generally can get someone on the phone, solid performance and easy set up. Willing to work with me. Control panel can’t do Blackberry yet; waiting on an upgrade according to James. Not many articles in their knowledge center. For the price, can’t beat their attention to me as a small business.

Support is superb! Always can reach a knowledgeable technician with answers. Never had downtime. Use to host with 123… but their support was awful. Cost is about the same as everybody, $10. They support macs
