Simply Mail Solutions is an international email hosting company. They provide innovative, reliable and cost effective email services to customers all over the world from their home base in the UK. Simply Mail Solutiosn offers not just basic email but a wide a range of packages from an advanced POP3 solution SMS NexGen to more sophisticated packages which include business productivity tools and email access via mobile phones (MS Exchange and Zimbra Collaboration Suite).

I have 3 clients with them and so far so good. Good proces, Good Support, good value for money and using EXCH 2007 not fobbing us off with EXCH 2003 like most big web hosts. SMS is a small dynamic company that are quick to respond. They may only have 10k -15k mail boxes but hey that is fine by me !

I had decent experiences with Simply Mail Solutions until the time came to close my account.
After writing to end my contract they proceeded to debit my account anyway, then basically accuse me of lying about cancelling.
They seem to rely on catching out their customers with small print to make money. I’d expect better service in an industry as competitive as e-mail hosting.
Simply Mail Solutions are cheap, but that saving is cancelled out if they charge you twice as much as you should have paid.
I’d avoid using them in the future to be honest. You get what you pay for (twice).

Excellent service at the best price and brilliant support at all hours of the day
I’ve left and rejoined as a new employer gave me an account so I didnt need it. I phoned them up, they were nice, said they hoped I’d consider rejoining if I ever needed to and cancelled the account before the next due date. No hard sell or anything.
I’ve altered service upgrade and downgrade with no problems whilst friends at fasthosts have had enormous problems.
As ever your mileage may vary but only annoyed people tend to post on these things dont they
theres probably tens of thousands of happy customers and 1 who forgets to cancel get shirty LOL
Highly recommended by myself and my colleagues. they do monthly plans so try it and if no go cancel it. simples

Fantastic people to deal with, particularly on the support side.
I am dyslexic and therefore require more support which is provided, as if this was normal as the sun shining.
I tend to talk to tech guys when considering expanding the service they provide, as you get straightforward answers to your questions.
Yes you pay more for SMS service than say a simple outlook mail box, but you really do with SMS get what you pay for.
Could not recommend SMS more highly

I wish i saw the comments from other customers earlier. Be careful about their small print. It is very difficult to cancel once you sign in to their service. You are expected to pay for one extra year from the moment you decide to cancel the contract.
