Exchange Hosting for March, 2004

PHOENIX, Ariz., March 22, 2004 - LiveOffice Corporation (www.liveoffice.com), the leading provider of web sites, compliance systems and collaborative applications, announced today at the SIA Compliance and Legal Division Seminar that it would be the first to offer a fully integrated, compliance-enabled web conferencing solution to the financial services industry. Combining the company’s popular AdvisorMail (www.advisormail.net) compliance system with its IMConferencing (www.imconferencing.com) web conferencing solution will enable financial professionals to take full advantage of the productivity benefits of online web conferencing, while remaining in full compliance with all SEC and NASD regulatory requirements.

“Our 12,000 financial services customers consistently remind us that they grow their practices by maintaining high levels of personal contact with their clients and prospects,” said Matthew Smith, chief operating officer for LiveOffice Corp. “While web conferencing is the perfect way for them to stay in touch with important clients, compliance regulations have prevented most financial advisors from taking full advantage of this new technology. LiveOffice’s regulatory-compliant version of IMConferencing solves this problem and is well-positioned to replace the telephone as the preferred communication method for many financial advisors and their clients.”

IMConferencing (IMC) enables financial advisors to launch web conferencing sessions with the click of a mouse. Within each session they can call upon a rich suite of features to conduct seminars, work collaboratively with clients on financial plans, review portfolio statements or tax returns or simply exchange ideas on the most recent ups and downs of the market. In addition, fully integrated telephony and multi-point video conferencing add a personal touch not available with other web conferencing solutions.

Each IMC session is captured and imported into LiveOffice’s compliance application, AdvisorMail. Within AdvisorMail, full transcripts of all instant message conversations, copy from seminar presentations and transcripts of other shared materials are screened for compliance with NASD and SEC regulations, and then stored for future retrieval by compliance personnel. If any problematic language is discovered, AdvisorMail immediately highlights it and alerts the compliance officer to conduct further review of the communication.

The growth of instant messaging as a business communication tool has presented a dilemma to financial services organizations. Instant messages, like emails, require compliance oversight. When financial professionals have tried to use a public IM network (Yahoo, MSN, AIM), the compliance department has been forced to review both business and personal IM communications.

LiveOffice’s integration of IMC and AdvisorMail solves this problem by providing financial professionals with the equivalent of a private enterprise deployment of instant messaging, ensuring that business communications are separated from personal correspondence, and that all business-related instant messages are available for compliance review.

“As part of this rollout, we will be offering a fully compliant enterprise instant messaging system free of charge to all customers who install our AdvisorMail compliance application before June 1, 2004,” said Ann Davis, director of business development for LiveOffice Corp. “The use of instant messaging as a business communication tool is projected to grow at a rate of more than 30% per year, and now financial professionals can securely integrate this new technology into their practices with the confidence that all compliance regulations are being met.”

LiveOffice will demonstrate AdvisorMail and IMC in booth #14 at the SIA Compliance and Legal Division Seminar taking place today through Wednesday at the J.W. Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix, AZ.

TORRANCE, Calif., March 16, 2004 - LiveOffice Corporation (www.liveoffice.com), the leading provider of web sites, compliance systems and collaborative applications, today announced projected first quarter results that will show exceptional growth of its AdvisorMail (www.advisormail.net) product, the leading email and instant message (IM) compliance, monitoring and archiving solution for financial services organizations nationwide.

In the first quarter, LiveOffice will increase its AdvisorMail revenues by more than 40% primarily driven by new contracts with four of the nation’s largest financial services organizations. LiveOffice expects to see continued growth of AdvisorMail throughout the remainder of the year as regulators increase their pressure on financial organizations to implement email and IM compliance solutions. In addition, two significant reseller greements completed during the first quarter will also contribute to continued AdvisorMail growth during 2004.

“Today, LiveOffice’s compliance applications are resident in over 300 different financial services organizations. As a result, we have been able to leverage this longstanding reputation for delivering effective and affordable compliance solutions to quickly grow the AdvisorMail product line,” said Steve Uhring, vice president of sales and marketing for LiveOffice Corp. “Our AdvisorMail implementation program is attractive to top firms because it minimizes disruption to their day-to-day business activities, while enabling them to become fully compliant in just days.”

“As a newly registered firm with the NASD, we wanted a system as robust as the largest financial services organizations. AdvisorMail provided us with that solution at a price that easily fit within our budget. And best of all, we were up and running in a couple of days,” said Desi Co, president of San Francisco-based Presidio Partners.

AdvisorMail, designed specifically for financial services organizations, leads the way in compliance systems for email and instant message communications with rich features and benefits that include:

  • Monitoring and archiving of all incoming and outgoing email and instant message communications
  • Total fulfillment of SEC/NASD/NYSE requirements for email surveillance, archival and retrieval
  • Support for multiple email domains and configurations
  • Built-in compliance lexicon of relevant words and phrases
  • Integrated security and spam protection
  • No capital investment in hardware, software or connectivity

“With financial services organizations facing increased pressure to implement an electronic supervisory system and avoid hefty fines, more and more compliance and IT professionals are finding that AdvisorMail is the most flexible solution available,” said Ann Davis, director of business development for LiveOffice Corp. “AdvisorMail’s rich features and unsurpassed scalability make it the most cost effective way for firms with 5 or 5,000 representatives to rapidly meet their compliance requirements for electronic communications.”

BOSTON, March 3, 2004 - LiveOffice Corporation (www.liveoffice.com), the leading provider of web sites, compliance systems and collaborative applications, today will unveil its latest release of IMConferencing (www.imconferencing.com) at the Instant Messaging Planet Spring 2004 Conference and Expo. Building on IMConferencing’s (IMC) already robust suite of collaborative features, LiveOffice will introduce the Meeting Control Center (MCC), which sets a new standard for participant ease-of-use and control by allowing hosts to quickly customize the meeting interface to best meet the needs of each collaboration session.

Merging the immediacy of instant messaging with the powerful collaboration features of web conferencing, LiveOffice’s IMC has led the way in making web conferencing easy-to-use and affordable for businesses of all sizes. IMC’s unique interface enables users to launch impromptu or scheduled online meetings in just seconds. Once within the meeting, MCC’s intuitive interface makes the entire meeting process seamless from start to finish, and gives presenters a level of flexibility and customization that is not available with any other web conferencing application. Using IMC’s MCC, presenters are also able to see participants in several different views including, Conversation, Conference Table or Auditorium and easily set participant rights to the appropriate level of interactivity.

“This version of IMC provides users with the most intuitive online meeting experience possible,” said Matthew Smith, chief operating officer of LiveOffice Corp. “Our new Meeting Command Center enables both hosts and participants to quickly select the collaboration functionality needed to make each meeting a total success.”

Current users have already applauded IMC’s fully integrated conference calling feature, which includes reservationless conferencing as well as the option to have LiveOffice’s automated attendant dial-out to participants at the start of any web meeting. During the Instant Messaging Planet Conference, LiveOffice will also introduce attendees to IMC’s new, professional-quality audio and video features, which give businesses of all sizes hands-on access to technology that many predict will soon become key tools for effectively conducting everyday business activities. Specific functionality highlighted at the show will include VoIP, multi-point video, conference session archiving, polling, whiteboarding and seamless application sharing.

“In January, we became the first company to deliver a fully integrated instant messaging and web conferencing solution to the business market,” continued Smith. “This release of IMC demonstrates our commitment to the market and ability to leverage LiveOffice’s years of experience in delivering collaborative solutions that truly meet the needs and expectations of our customers.”

LiveOffice will demonstrate the latest version of IMC in booth #20 at the Instant Messaging Planet Spring 2004 Conference and Expo taking place today and tomorrow at the World Trade Center in Boston, MA. In addition, Smith will speak today at 10:30 a.m. ET on a Conference panel regarding the adoption, use and regulation of instant messaging within the enterprise.

The new version of IMC will be available in May 2004.
