Exchange Hosting for June, 2004

NEW YORK, June 8, 2004 - LiveOffice Corporation (www.liveoffice.com), the leading provider of web sites, compliance systems and collaborative applications, announced today that it has completed the integration of its IMConferencing 2.0 (IMC, www.imconferencing.com) web conferencing system with Microsoft Outlook™, Microsoft Outlook Express™ and public instant messaging (IM) networks, including MSN™ and Yahoo!™.

IMC 2.0 takes web conferencing to a new level by leveraging the three most popular business communication tools the telephone, email and IM to launch instant and scheduled online meetings and teleconferences to one or multiple participants. These new features provide users with enhanced usability by allowing them to access existing contact and calendar information in MS Outlook/Outlook Express whenever they want to initiate an IMC web meeting. Users can also install an IMC button in the toolbar of their public IM client that enables them to launch web meetings directly from chat sessions in just one-click. All of these options give IMC users the ultimate flexibility to seamlessly conduct multimedia web meetings from the communication platform of their choice.

LiveOffice is the first web conferencing vendor to integrate intuitive presence features directly into Microsoft Outlook’ that alert the email recipient to the sender’s online status (e.g. online, away, in a meeting, etc.). If the recipient is already a registered IMC user, they can click on the presence button and begin an instant web meeting. For unregistered users, an email invitation containing a URL link and registration instructions is auto-generated to them, allowing the recipient to register and download the IMConferencing application in less than 20 seconds.

“From IMConferencing’s inception, our primary goal has been to make it the easiest-touse, most intuitive web conferencing product available,” said Ted Heieck, IMC product manager for LiveOffice Corp. “Through exhaustive focus group research and extensive beta testing, IMC 2.0 promises to be the most user friendly and practical web conferencing solution available and ensures that LiveOffice will lead the way in transforming how people communicate in and out of the office.”

Recognized by Research Firm Gartner
Gartner’s recently released 2004 Magic Quadrant Report identified visionaries in the web conferencing industry and recognized LiveOffice as an industry player. The report also called out LiveOffice as representing “some of the strategies that vendors are using to break out of the pack of over 150″ web conferencing vendors.

This integration is part of numerous enhancements LiveOffice has made to IMConferencing 2.0, which will be publicly released in July 2004.
