Impressive Revenue Growth Also Yields Regional “Top 100” Distinction

TORRANCE, Calif., August 22, 2008—LiveOffice, a leading provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS),email hosting, email archiving and email continuity solutions, has earned a spot on this year’s Inc. 5000, a prestigious annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in the country. This ranking reflects LiveOffice’s three-year growth rate of 176.7%, which has been fueled by the increasing demand for the company’s SaaS email archiving, compliance and e-discovery solutions. LiveOffice also ranked among the Top 100 Businesses in the Los Angeles region.

“Being recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in the nation is a huge honor for us and great validation for the growing interest in SaaS solutions,” said Nick Mehta, chief executive officer of LiveOffice. “We have big growth plans for the coming years and are thrilled with the progress we’ve made to date. This award also provides us with the perfect opportunity to thank our clients, many of whom have been with us since the beginning, for their loyalty and to reaffirm our commitment to providing them with the best technology and service levels possible.”

Cofounded a decade ago by Alexander Rusich and Matt Smith, who now serve as chief visionary officer and chief operating officer respectively, LiveOffice was one of the first technology companies in the financial services industry to recognize that software could be effectively and securely delivered as a service via the Internet. Today, the company has grown into one of the leading email archiving and compliance providers, helping more than 7,500 clients across a range of industries manage their messaging needs.

“Our research suggests that 34% of medium sized organizations are using a SaaS-based solution, while another 24% plan to adopt one or more solutions in the next 24 months,” said Brian Babineau, senior analyst with Enterprise Strategy Group. “The critical nature of email has led many companies to seek out services that help them control storage costs, meet compliance requirements and prepare for legal discovery requests. For the first time, many of these organizations are discovering that SaaS is an effective way to satisfy their email archiving and compliance needs, which is raising visibility for providers like LiveOffice. With their consistent revenue growth, we believe LiveOffice is well positioned for continued success as SaaS offerings become more mainstream.”

The 2008 Inc. 5000 list measures revenue growth from 2004 through 2007. To qualify, companies must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit and independent (not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies) as of December 31, 2007, and have had at least $200,000 in revenue in 2004, and $2 million in 2007. Complete results of the Inc. 5000, including company profiles and a list of the fastest-growing companies, are available at www.inc5000.com.

Fpweb.net Supports SharePoint User Groups

Posted by Exchange Hosting Reviews as Fpweb.net, Press Releases

August 21, 2008 – Managed hosting provider Fpweb.net (www.fpweb.net) is sponsoring SharePoint User Groups (SUGs) around the world. SUGs are an excellent SharePoint community resource and Fpweb.net has made it a goal to help them grow.

The purpose of an SUG is to provide SharePoint users with easy-to-access, local sources for Microsoft SharePoint related information. From forums, to discussions, to knowledge bases and even official documentation, SUGs offer users a great opportunity to increase their SharePoint understanding. Plus, membership and participation is free!

As a company goal, Fpweb.net strives to promote growth in the SharePoint community. As the community expands and improves, it becomes an even greater resource to both customers and employees of Fpweb.net. “We understand that user groups are often sponsor-funded and may lack the resources to maintain an enhanced community site,” said Rob LaMear IV, Fpweb.net President. “For this reason, we have been sponsoring user groups around the world by offering free SharePoint Hosting for their site, sponsoring member meetings and providing giveaway prizes.”

With Fpweb.net’s free SharePoint hosting, SUGs no longer have to allocate resources for SharePoint licensing, server management, basic web parts, etc. Plus, Fpweb.net offers the Community Kit for SharePoint: User Group Edition, which is a template specifically designed to accommodate user group websites.

In September, Fpweb.net will be sponsoring the Los Angeles SharePoint User Group meeting to encourage member participation and meeting attendance. Fpweb.net will present information on their SharePoint hosting services and, at the end of the meeting, they will give away 6 months of free SharePoint hosting (nearly $600 in value) to one lucky attendee.

Most SUGs host monthly meetings in either face-to-face environments or via webcasts with speaker presentations, product demonstrations, networking opportunities and much more. As active participants in several of these user groups, the Fpweb.net team would like to encourage SharePoint users of any level to join, contribute and take advantage of their local SUG site.

If you are interested in having Fpweb.net sponsor your SUG site or member meetings, please contact Lori Henrichs, Director of Marketing, at [email protected] for more details.

Fpweb.net provides Software as a Service solutions for SharePoint, Exchange, CRM, Project, PerformancePoint, Office Communications Server and SQL. “We consider 2008 to be the start of even bigger things,” said Jim Masterson, chairman and CEO of LightEdge Solutions. “We believe that the concept of hosted technology will become a very disruptive force in the next few years and that it will ultimately allow entrepreneurs the focus and freedom to explore business ventures without the need for expensive IT hardware and the care and feeding that goes along with it.”

The 5,000 companies that made the list reported aggregate revenue of $185 billion and median three-year growth of 147 percent. Fpweb.net Updates Brand Name, Logo and Website

Posted by Exchange Hosting Reviews as Fpweb.net, Press Releases

August 13, 2008 – Managed hosting provider Fpweb.net (www.fpweb.net), is offering new hosted service plans and pricing. While the technologies they offer have remained the same, plans have been adjusted to include new features that will better meet customer needs.

Over the last several months, the Fpweb.net team has been evaluating what customers are demanding and in what capacity. After quite a bit of thought, research and feedback, Fpweb.net decided it was time to update the structure of their hosting service model. While some hosting solutions were merely modified and given a new name, others were removed entirely and replaced by new and improved plans. The new hosted offerings present comprehensive “Software as a Service” solutions for Windows SharePoint Services v3, Office SharePoint Server (MOSS), Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and dedicated Windows servers.

“Most customers come to our site not knowing where they fit in, so we’e made it as easy as possible to drill down to the plan that best meets their needs,” said Rob LaMear IV, Fpweb.net President. They have restructured their plans to fit into three main categories: Small Business, Corporate and Enterprise. These categories help customers decide where to begin based on the size of their company.

Next, within each category, there are up to two plans, labeled as Level I and Level II. “Level I is the base plan for each category and a great place to start,” mentions LaMear; “however, it may not work for everyone. If the customer needs just a few more users or a little extra space, but isn’t ready to jump to the next category, our Level II plan should provide the perfect middle ground.” To increase uniformity across the board, Fpweb.net uses the same Categories and Levels for all technologies they host. “That way, if you are a Corporate Level II hosted SharePoint customer who is looking for Exchange hosting, you can confidently jump straight to our Corporate Level II Exchange hosting plan to assess the features and sign up,” said LaMear.

As an added bonus, Fpweb.net is now including a single domain name in most new hosting plans at no extra charge. Additional domain names and renewals will be registered at $19 per year. Plus, private domain registration is now available for only $14 more per year. If you are looking for a discounted rate, Fwpeb.net also offers 5 year registrations at $90 ($5 savings). By registering domains with Fpweb.net, customers no longer have to hassle with renewals; Fpweb.net takes care of everything. Overall, as a managed hosting provider, they guarantee a higher, more personalized level of service than other domain registrars.
