Amazon prepares Kindle app for Windows Phone 7

Amazon has reported that they are hard at work on a Kindle app directed towards users of their new Windows Phone 7 mobile platform. It will even come loaded with some tweaks that are specific to the platform. According to CNet:

Amazon says the app “is optimized for the unique user interface of Windows Phone 7,” and will include the company’s WhisperSync technology, which syncs the last page you read as you switch between devices.

No word on when the app will officially become available, but expect it to be relatively soon.
