Plixer International, Inc., a provider of network traffic monitoring and analysis tools, announced the launch of Scrutinizer NetFlow and sFlow Analyzer 8.0 with Mailinizer.

Company sources also added that the new release of the network traffic analysis solution incorporates Mailinizer, which is a monitoring and reporting tool that offers Exchange and network administrators the capability to analyze server activity.

Other added updates include advanced filtering on any field that are exported in the template and a “Sphere” data view that puts scale in perspective for IP address communication.

Mike Patterson, Scrutinizer product manager with Plixer, said in a press release, “Mailinizer gives network professionals a new level of insight into how traffic affects the network, this time from an Exchange server level. With each iteration of Scrutinizer, we hope to help organizations better understand in- and outgoing traffic so optimizing these streams becomes simple.”
