This company is worth every dollar you spend for service. The customer service is second to none. If I had to do it all over again I would not waste my time looking around I would go here first.

ExchangeMyMail was just the solution to the problem of taking my email mobile. Since my employer does not provide or support any mobile email platforms, I had to find a solution on my own. The solution came in the form of a Blackberry PDA and a hosted exchange account with BES services all provided by ExchangeMyMail.com. And since I pay for this out of my own pocket, I was a very discriminating buyer. These guys have never let me down and the service is outstanding. Technical support questions have been responded to by the President! These guys are the real deal and I am a very satisfied customer.

I had started off using another provider of Hosted Microsoft Exchange, and Switched to Exchangemymail.com based on reviews I have read on the web in places like Blackberryforums.com, and here.
Making the move was the best thing I have done.

The customer service with exchangemymmail.com has been amazing. I am so happy that there is still a company out there that has real people taking my calls. Originally when I called I spoke to Steve, he help me initialize my service and get my mail migrated over from my previous provider. Later when I called to get help setting up, Enzo was happy to walk me thru the settings step by step. I have also had an opportunity to speak to Dave, who is “The Email Guru”.

These guys are great, they all speak English clearly and are very easy to comprehend, and more importantly they bent over backwards for me. If there was a way for me to give them a 10/5 instead of a 5/5 I would.

Exchange My Mail has been the best technology-service provider i have found in all of 2005. I am absolutly and thoroughly happy with the service David Grantz has provided to my organization. Due to his knowledge and his ablilities to clearly and effectively communicate, I moved my entire organization from a prior provider within days of just talking with David.

As we are all aware, Today\’s world of cutting human resources and replacing those resources with automation creates a HUGE gap in the level of service, particularly when first starting. Exchange My Mail bridges that gap tremendously. I would recommend Exchange My Mail service to anyone who does not want to make the dollar investment required to maintain their own Exchange / Blackberry servers.

In addition to being thoroughly knowledgeable about Exchange My Mail services, David Grantz will also suggest ideas and methods of accomplishing individualized solutions for your business. If he knows of anyone utilizing outside solutions, he will gladly make the appropriate introduction.

I can;t be more pleased with my experinces with Exchange My Mail.

ExchangeMyMail is awesome. They helped walk me through the signup, and setup of my Outlook profile. They even helped me last sunday when i needed help exporting and importing my PST file into my new Outlook Profile

Our email was down 3 times last month, the last time for over 3 hours. I could not get through on the phone and their status page said that they do NOT have an ETA for getting the email back up. I cannot rely on this for my business.

Quick, knowledgeable tech support for setup. Postini anti-spam/virus reduced spam count from 50+/day to 1-2. Support for Iphone and Mac/Entourage setup has been very good. Add competitive pricing even for single user plans and I’m sold on ExchangeMyMail.

Here is the email I sent EMM after migration to their new server, and Outlook 2007…

I called the other day asking about the $39 setup fee for the Blackberry service (since I’m an existing customer) (you told me it would be refunded), and I see that the setup fee was already refunded with no further action on my part.

Also, I wanted to compliment the gentleman (I believe his name is Alvin) who patiently walked me through a fairly lengthy migration process AND put me on a three-way call with Blackberry when we ran into a snag setting that up. (He also suggested some music I might like :-) –just an added service).

Heh, I would suggest you tell customers to archive as much mail as they can prior to doing the migration–if I’d known it was going to take that long I would have archived big-time before starting.

Anyway, getting used to the Outlook 2007 is a little tricky (just takes some getting used to), but I was very pleased with the customer service and tech support. Anytime I’ve ever had a problem or question you guys have been very responsive and helpful.

You’ve got some of the best tech/cusomer support there is out there in cyberspace, and I just wanted to give kudos where they are due.

I have never worked with a service company that has been more committed to “service”….no stacking in hold pattern for 20+ minutes (phone gets answered by real people as soon as you call); no desertion when the right answer can’t be immediately found (on several occasions the teamspent more than 1/2 hour resolving my issues; and smart support that knows what they know and what they don’t (and get help with what they don’t know including conferencing with other firms such as RIM)….great service and, after all, is that what a service provider is about!!!
