HostLabs team saved us during a major outage and helped quickly to restore data that was first thought to be unrecoverable.

I have never had an experience that was such a complete disaster as I had with Hostlabs.
They never successfully set up the account, they wouldn’t return my calls or e-mails, and were totally unapologetic when after a week I still had employees without e-mail.
Many unkept promises later, I went back to my original provider and have never looked back.

HostLabs has proven to be the umbrella that protected our company and IT department valuable from wasting anymore time and money on our in-house solution. We save more time because HostLabs knows how to build, maintain and support Exchange Hosting Solutions for companies as large as ours. We have over 5,000 users and HostLabs built our solution from the ground up in their data centers in San Diego and even provide Florida based backup systems for every user in our environment. On some minor issues, I do see them lazy with regards to some follow up requests but never during a real problem or serious question and we are all very satisfied with HostLabs!

Everyone here absolutely adores HostLabs because of the solution they provide to our, over 90 locations around the world and over 50% savings on what we were spending on Lotus Notes. We also needed someone to manage the migration from our Notes and Domino servers. Microsoft also gets some good points for their latest versions of Exchange Server and Outlook software.

Special thanks to a well made made solution by two companies I will continue to rely on forever.

Whenever I sent an email to support, it would get bounced back. My email would go down every weekend, and at least one day a week. Whenever I would call (because I could not email) I would either get a busy signal, or someone who was incredibly rude.
SEVERAL times I would call and be told that they were upgrading and all problems would be fixed in three weeks. The final straw was when I added two accounts and they never worked. I was paying for the accounts, but they couldn’t get them to work and had no interest in getting them to work. This combined with a week long outage forced me away from this terrible provider.

Our company website was developed by Brian Furphy in 1999 and Host Labs has been hosting it for us ever since. We make our own changes and administer our own email server managed by Host Labs. Never any downtime, customer service always available and friendly.

We just completed moving our 90+ users BACK to HostLabs and for that I am thankfull! For leaving because of one serious incident in two years…we are all very sorry for not staying with HostLabs in the first place. We moved to another provider and after a year of that kind of business, we understand now why you do what you do so great. Glad to be back in your team’s good hands.

Thanks again for the imporvements you have made, you have made us feel like you did everything for us and we will never be lead astray again!

We were so impressed here with our experience with HostLabs that we would like to spread the word. From our initial conversation assessing our solutions needs to the actual implementation of what we discussed, we are having complete sucess. Our employees have had no problems since we began our Blackberry integration and the addition of Exchange Hosting has been a wonderful enhancement to our growing business.
